Customer Satisfaction Integration

Cognition360 offers Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) reporting, including dedicated reports for various CSAT tools. Some of the most commonly used tools include:

  • SmileBack
  • SimpleSAT
  • Crewhu
  • CloudRadial
  • Customer Thermometer
  • ConnectWise Manage (built-in PSA surveys)

How CSAT Data is Integrated

Cognition360 can display CSAT data as long as it is written back to ConnectWise PSA. To enable this reporting, we require the following information from the Partner:

  1. Which CSAT tool is in use?
  2. Where is the survey data stored within the PSA? (e.g., Survey tab, Custom Field, or another location)

Providing this information ensures that we accurately integrate CSAT results into Cognition360’s reporting, allowing you to monitor and analyze customer feedback effectively.
