C360 Benchmarks, Time Entry Benchmark Report
The Time Entry Benchmarking Report uses a set of processing rules to assign scores between 0.0 and 1.0 to each time entry. This article explains the rules applied, helping you understand why staff receive their specific results. The criteria are evaluated in a top-down manner, meaning the time entry will receive the score corresponding to the first rule it fully meets. Additionally, the report offers the ability to drill down into individual technicians' time entries, allowing you to view the specific criteria associated with each entry for 8 seconds.
The Time Entry Benchmarking report assigns each time entry a score between 0.0 and 1.0 using a series of processing rules. This article explains these rules so you can understand why staff receive the scores they do.
The rules are applied in order, and the time entry takes the score from the first rule it fully meets.
Additionally, the Time Entry Benchmark report lets you drill down into individual technicians’ time entries to see which criteria were applied to each one.
