Payment Methods
Cognition360 charges the credit card on file at each renewal (monthly or annually). Your subscription pricing is based on this payment method.
If you are unable to provide a credit card, please email psm@scalepad.com to discuss alternative arrangements. Please note that adjustments to your subscription pricing may be required to cover administrative costs for non-credit card payment methods.
Updating Your Payment Method
To update the credit card on file or add a backup card:
- Log in to your Cognition360 Portal here.
- Ensure you are listed as a Billing Contact—only billing contacts can make changes to payment details.
