If you believe data is missing from a report, such as a Business Unit, Service Board, or an invoice number, please check your settings before engaging our Support Team.


Default Filters

  1. Open the report in question.

  2. Reset to the default filters: We have preset some filters on reports to exclude data that is typically not relevant.

If this resolves your issue:

  • If you need to make a permanent change to the default filters for your entire company, please contact Support.

If this does not resolve your issue:

  • Please send us a screenshot of the Cognition360 report with the issue.

  • Include a screenshot of the missing data from your PSA.
