Requirements for accessing our reports

As you may know, the core of our solution lies in the data transformation that occurs in our data warehouse. We leverage Power BI, a Microsoft product, to present reports in a user-friendly, digestible format.

Each individual user will require a Power BI Pro license for self-service business intelligence (BI). There are a couple of ways to obtain this license:

• Through your existing Microsoft partnership (these licenses are often provided by Microsoft)
  By purchasing it through Office 365 or your O365 distributor
• Some of our customers opt to use a shared account, while others assign individual licenses, depending on their specific needs (such as Power BI subscriptions, personalized favorites, etc.).

Can a Power BI (free) license be used?

No, a Power BI (free) license only allows users to view reports they have created themselves. It does not grant access to shared reports. You can find more information on that here.
