How does my subscription work?
From a subscription standpoint, once you notify us of cancellation you will have one more invoice generated and due, then there is no more obligation. Surprisingly, there are actually more technical hurdles to be done in an offboarding than an onboarding.
For clarity - if you send in notice on March 13th, you will get a final invoice April 1 for the entire month of April. During that time, we will begin work on the back end to ensure your data is deleted on the last day of April. You will have full access to your reports up until the last day of April.
What do I need to do? (On Premise)
If your PSA is hosted on-premise please uninstall our C360 agent from your server, but please do NOT do this until the last day of service. Doing so could cause major issues with data flow. If you need to do this before, please contact Support.
What do I need to do? (Cloud)
If your PSA is hosted in the cloud, you do not need to do anything.
We will "stop" the processing at the appropriate time.
